Right on, Cassie. Uncomfortable during a workout is one thing, but when it comes to just getting things done, “uncomfortable” really is just a polite way of saying “fear.” I’ve had to break through a few of my own “uncomfortable” feelings with things I didn’t really want to do.
And I’m happy to point out that I don’t do pansy workouts either.
